For 2024, 2025, and 2026 TVA has not had an interest in receiving biogas from the BioRem facility due to quality concerns and corrosive outcomes for their equipment.
In early 2026, Shelby County Health Department issued a letter to Maxson expressing displeasure with the regular use of handheld analyzers rather than consistent data capture.
The BioRem did not produce gas for January-March 2026
