BioRem Status 16 March 2026
Date: 2026 03-March 16
Carl Stevenson:
Hey Spencer,
As for Bio-Rem so far, everything is still down. Here is the latest:
The tanks are in the process of being cleaned by Bar Environmental to the best of their ability.
In addition, they are waiting on parts for the PLC which include fuses and (2) skid motors. They are had an electrical issue which fried the electronics along with (2) motors. The spray nozzles were replaced in tank #3.
We are still waiting on scheduling for the Biogas line camera. We suspect that it might be a breach in the Biogas line due to the amount of water in the condensation pits everyday.
Varec came out last week went through the flare system, did some repairs, and developed a parts list of what we need that ensures all 5 flares will operate. We have ordered the parts as recommended.
We are discussing with Bar Environmental about how to tie an additional analyzer in with the existing analyzer for continuous monitoring.
Clay is developing a way to tie BioRem analytics into the Emerson system.
Also, I have copied George Bennet (Clay) on this email. He is the project manager for BioRem.
This is the latest with BoRem. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Spencer Belcher:
Hey everyone, we are very behind on our weekly status reports, and we are now two TVA-semi monthlies behind. We have not had a response since February 16. Can we have the status of the Bioreactor tanks, the SWG100 biogas analyzer? If you can give us some updates on the work going on or any updates to note.
