Where will it go: Vacant area with high-powered lines off of River Port Rd , somewhere near coordinates: 35.070136, -90.161988

Who is paying for it: City of Memphis, out of people/Scott Morgan's office.

Start: FY26, or start construction within the next two years.
Time to build: Depends on the contractor (Keiwit built the government/TVA plant in less than three years, they could do this solar array in less than a year)
Projected completion / in-service date: within the next three or four years (FY28, FY29)
